Becoming a Premium Member

Either the au pair or the family has to become a Premium Member to contact each other directly. Once you’re a Premium Member and have the contact details of the family/au pair matching your requirements, you can make all the necessary arrangements directly with this family/au pair.

Note: Most families are Premium Members and only a few au pairs. We do encourage au pairs to become Premium members as well.

90 days Premium Membership

By becoming a Premium Member, you would gain access to the email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses as provided by the au pair or family. Families would be able to view the contact details of au pairs and vice versa.

A once-off amount of $50 is payable before becoming a Premium Member. Your Premium Membership is valid for a period of 90 days, valid from the payment date, and expires automatically after 90 days. There is no automatic renewal.

You first have to register as an au pair or family to become a Premium Member. If you are already registered, please login with your username and password:

Unregistered users:

$25 Renewal within 30 days

If you renew your Premium Membership within 30 days after your first Premium Membership has expired, you would only pay $25.

Your new, succeeding Premium Membership is again valid for a period of 90 days after which it will automatically expire. This transaction will be processed on a secure website by Setcom.
